Lauren is a Pensacola native and UWF marketing grad. She is married with 2 young sons and found CrossFit after her 2nd son was born. She fell in love with the workout style and now loves working to bring people in to find their fitness. Most people say, “I could never do crossFit!” and those are the people that Lauren loves to convince that actually, they CAN do it, and she will help them believe that!
