CROSSFIT TEENS

Patriot Teens is a crossfit style class designed for strength and conditioning that focuses on proper mechanics and body awareness. Our teens improve their endurance, strength, speed, and agility during their six week session. We also cover nutrition and encourage confidence in individual and team efforts.

Patriot Teens runs in 6 week sessions and space is limited, so that we can provide expert instruction in small group classes, ensuring your child gets the most out of our program. The class meets three times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour.
