Our Coaches
Joey and Sandy Paladino
With over 13 years in the CrossFit and fitness industry, Joey and Sandy Paladino are the ultimate power couple. They both started doing crossfit in 2006 at their home in the garage. After moving to Pace, Fl in 2011, they wanted a location to do crossfit and offer it to the masses.
In 2013 our first location was established in Pea Ridge and we have now grown to two locations in Milton and Pace and have over 300 athletes.
Joey retired from Army Special Operations in May of 2023 after 28 years of service holding many fitness certifications including Level 2 Crossfit, USAW National coach, and CrossFit Weightlifting/gymnastics/mobility. His speciality is Nutrition, Personal Training, and he serves as the Head Coach to our successful 3P weightlifting team.
Sandy serves as head coach at 3P Fitness and supervises programming, kids and teens programs. Sandy is also a USAW level 2 Coach, Crossfit level 2 Coach and a CrossFit Gymnastic/Weightlifting coach. She supervises nutrition programming and personal training.
Combined, recently this power couple coached over 20 sessions at USAW nationals bringing home over 21 medals and four national titles as a part of Team Florida Elite.
Mica Young
Mica has been coaching CrossFit for 10 years and an athlete for 11 years. She is one of our O.G. members and coaches! She has her CF-L2, Certified CrossFit Kids Trainer, and Coaching the Aging Athlete. She is our Patriot Teens coach and 3P Masters coach.
Kyleigh Neighbors
Kyleigh has her CrossFit Level 2 and USAW Level 1 Oly Lifting certificates. She has been coaching since 2022 and a CrossFit athlete since 2019. You can catch her listening to K-Pop and looking at pictures of her cats.
Kerrilyn Gavin
Kerrilyn holds CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Mobility, and CrossFit Coaching the Aging Athlete certifications. She is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Kerrilyn has been coaching since 2022 and an athlete since 2013.
Jenn Otts
Jenn has her CrossFit Level 1 and USAW Level 1 certifications. She has been coaching since 2022 and a CrossFit athlete since 2017. It has only taken her 7 years to reach peak mediocre CrossFitter status.
Jenn Astle (Jones)
Jenn has completed both the CrossFit Level 1 and 2 certifications. She has been coaching since 2011 and an athlete since 2010. Fun fact: Jenn was the 6th fittest Woman on Earth in 2013 and the 10th fittest Woman on Earth in 2014 during the CrossFit Games.
Danielle Lynch
Danielle has her CrossFit Level 1 and has been the GM/Coach for 3P Fitness since June 2021. She has been doing CrossFit since 2019.
Leslie Mayes
Lauren Volheim
Lauren fell in love with CrossFit as an athlete in 2017 when she was looking for a good fitness routine postpartum. She's been hooked ever since. Lauren's had her CF-L1 and has enjoyed coaching at 3P since 2020. However, her favorite thing to do is share her love for the gym as 3P's Social Media Manager.
Seth O'Gara
Kaila Corbridge
Kaila has grown up in the gym and has been a weightlifter since 2013. Since then, she has racked up several winning titles! In addition to being a CrossFit coach, she is also a USAW 3P Barbell Weightlifting Coach. What Kaila loves most about weightlifting and CrossFit are the friendships you build. She loves how everyone is extremely supportive, encouraging, and uplifting. Kaila loves the community that CrossFit and weightlifting bring.
Ben Roy
Ben holds a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certification. He has been coaching since 2021 and a CrossFit athlete since 2018 (or longer...time flies when you're having fun!).
Kirti Colvin
Kirti holds her CrossFit Level 1 Certification and USAW Level 1 Olympic Lifting certification. She has been coaching since 2024. She has been a CrossFit athlete 2018.
Chandler Garlow
CrossFit Level 2, Conjugate Powerlifting Level 1, CrossFit Aerobic Capacity, Girls Gone Strong Pre & Post Natal Coach. Has a background in gymnastics & competitive cheerleading.
Cassie
CrossFit Level 2, USAW Level 1, Precision Nutrition Coach. Lover of all fitness. Her two main passions are Weightlifting & CrossFit. Started CrossFit in 2018 when her younger brother told her to try it. Joined and never looked back.
